Here at Forged Through Faith we program and coach the individual on an individual basis. Each person has different goals and desires as it pertains to fitness and we believe that the best way to achieve those goals is through an individual approach. We take the time to get to know each client as a person FIRST and from there use that as our guide to develop the fitness program, nutrition protocol, and life coaching strategies to get each person to where they want to go. Our service is different because we don't subscribe to one specific way of doing things. It's about YOU so we make our services about the best thing for YOU.

Sample Programs

These are sample programs designed around athletes of different needs and provide a 3 day snap shot of what our programming style is. These samples were developed with an avatar in mind. The person in mind is someone who demonstrates the listed weakness and is an above average athlete. If you are outside of this category, the week listed may seem too easy or too hard for you. Just remember that this is only an example and if you would like to try it out, I say go for it and adjust/scale where needed.
